- All sales are final especially custom made to order items - Unfortunately due to health and hygiene we are unable to accept change of mind refunds, returns or exchanges.

FAULTS & RETURNS
- All of our products undergo a stringent quality control check prior to leaving our care.
- Returns are not eligible for normal wear & tear, or rough handling and/or incorrect use of our products
- We will not refund or exchange for minor cosmetic irregularities for (for eg. fraying or irregularities with ribbon on garlands/toys)
- If there is a fault with your product please contact us within 5 days of receiving to advise us.
- The product will undergo inspection upon return to us the for approval of the exchange
- In the event that the item is deemed faulty, we will reimburse postage costs to the customer.
- We may offer an exchange or store credit note and in some cases a refund.
- If approved for exchange, this is for same product /style previously purchased.
